Features
Field service software, one part at a time.
Each part of Relayhand has its own page, saying what it does and what it deliberately does not do. That second part is the one worth reading before you switch.
Quoting
One measurement, priced three ways.
You measure once. The customer sees what they are choosing between, picks one, and that column becomes the agreement — with your name, your logo and your prices on it.
What it does not do: No inventory or truck stock. This prices work, it does not count parts.

Signed from the driveway, and frozen the moment it is.
The customer taps a link, reads the scope and the price, and signs by typing their name. What gets kept is the document they actually saw — not a fresh render of it later.
What it does not do: We do not supply legal terms for your state or your trade. The wording is yours — set it with your own lawyer, then load it in.

The quote that went quiet, chased before you remember it.
Most work is lost to silence rather than to a competitor. This watches for the silence, writes the message, and then waits for you.
What it does not do: No marketing campaigns, no newsletters, no bulk sends to a list.
Read moreScheduling
Book it, move it, and tell the customer.
Booking happens on the customer record, next to the stage that needed it. This is where the week gets sorted out afterwards.
What it does not do: No route optimisation and no drive-time estimates.

For the person standing in the crawlspace.
Not the office screens with things hidden. A different shell, with different assumptions about the hand holding the phone and the light falling on it.
What it does not do: No GPS breadcrumbs and no location tracking. It is a privacy surface and a support burden for a signal nobody here acts on.
Read moreRecurring work
The visit in six months, remembered without you.
Quarterly service, seasonal tune-ups, a gutter clean twice a year. The value is that the system remembers when nobody is thinking about it.
What it does not do: No automatic charging on completion. Collecting is always a person’s decision.

Bring five years of customers in from a spreadsheet.
A new workspace does not have to start empty. Upload the export from wherever you are coming from, and the people you already know arrive with you — without becoming a pipeline event nobody asked for.
What it does not do: No live sync with your old system. This reads a file once; it does not keep watching where you came from.
Read moreJob costing
What the job actually made, not what you guessed it would.
A quote is a guess made once. This is the running total against it, updated every time something is bought for the job — so the margin you see is the one that actually happened.
What it does not do: No sync to a general ledger or accounting package. This prices a job; it does not do your books.
Read moreAI access
Ask it what is owed. Watch what it is allowed to touch.
Connect it and it can read your pipeline, move a job, draft a text, log an expense from a photo, send an invoice, or run a report — all inside a leash you set. The interesting engineering is not that it can act. It is what stops it doing something expensive on a misheard sentence.
What it does not do: It restrains assistants, not people. A staff member signing in normally can still read whatever their role permits — these switches are about what software may do unattended.
