For a large commercial or multi-location operation with a dispatch desk, ServiceTitan is genuinely the most capable product in this category and nothing here is a substitute for it. The reporting alone justifies it at that size.
If that is you, buy it — you will be happier there and we would rather say so now than take a subscription you cancel in March.
