How the billing actually behaves
The parts that are usually discovered afterwards, written down before you decide.
14 days, no card
You are not asked for a card to start and there is no call to book. We email you before the trial ends rather than letting you find out in the middle of writing a quote.
Users are counted, not metered
Each plan includes a number of logins. An invitation counts against it the moment you send it, not when it is accepted — so five pending invites cannot quietly put you on a sixth seat.
A failed card is not a cut-off
Cards expire mid-job. When a renewal bounces the processor retries on its own schedule for several days and your workspace carries on working the whole time.
Nothing is taken out of your payments
Card processing, if you take payments online, is the payment processor’s own rate billed by them directly. We add no percentage and no per-transaction fee on top of it.
Month to month
There is no annual commitment, and no annual price either — one number per plan. You change plan or cancel from inside the app, without asking anybody.
Your records stay yours
Reading is never gated. If the subscription lapses your customers, quotes, contracts and documents stay open and readable — see below for exactly what stops.
If you stop paying us, nothing happens to your customers.
A lapsed subscription is between you and us. It is not a reason to hold a business’s own records hostage, and it is certainly not a reason for a homeowner to find a signing link broken.

Questions about the money
What does it actually cost?
Solo is $49 a month for one person, Crew is $149 for 5, and Shop is $299 for 15. That is the whole price. There is no per-user fee stacked on top of the plan and no add-on for the feature you came for.
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. 14 days, no card, no demo call. If you want to keep going you pick a plan from inside the app, and if you do not, nothing is charged and nothing needs cancelling.
What happens when the trial ends or a payment stops?
Your workspace stays exactly as it is and stays readable — every customer, quote, invoice and signed document. What stops is making new changes, until you pick a plan. Contracts you have already sent stay live: your customers can still open them, sign them and pay you. Our billing problem is not something your customers should ever meet.
Do you take a percentage of the money I collect?
No. Deposits and payments go to your own account with the payment processor, at their published rate, billed by them. Nothing is deducted by us on the way through.
What if I need more people than a plan includes?
Move up a plan. Solo covers 1, Crew 5 and Shop 15. Above 15 people we would rather talk than quote a number off a slider — start a trial and we will sort the seats out.
Is there a discount for paying annually?
No, and that is deliberate. An annual discount is aimed at a buyer who has already decided, and it is the thing that makes comparing two products confusing. One number per plan, month to month, so the comparison you do on this page is the comparison you get.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from the billing screen inside the app, without emailing anybody. You keep read access to everything in the workspace after you do.
